SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Letters
to the Editor should be no longer than 250 words. Letters
must be signed and contain the name, major and hometown
of the author, as well as contact information. All submissions
will be edited for grammar, spelling and brevity. Unsigned
letters will not be published.

Publication is based on relevance and quality of the issue
and publication is subject to the discretion of the Viewpoints
Editor and the Executive Editor. Our readers can also add
